Understanding and using TruQC’s custom sync range

Using TruQC for quality control documentation and looking for old reports? No worries. As you might know, TruQC automatically populates all reports entered in the last 14 days for your review. However, if you’re looking for something a tad bit older, we’ve got you covered as well. If you need to see reports entered prior to 14 days ago, simply utilize the Custom Sync Range.

To change the sync range, follow the instructions below:

First, tap on the ‘Admin’ button on the bottom of the screen.

Next, tap inside the box labeled “Sync Range”. A box will appear with a “Last 14 Days” and “Custom Range” button. Tap “Custom Range”.

To choose your custom sync date range, tap inside the box labeled “Starts”, then scroll to the month and date you wish to begin your sync range.

Next, tap inside the “Ends” box, then scroll to the month and date you wish to end your sync range. (Note: You can set a sync range to a maximum of 14 days at a time). Tap anywhere outside the box to begin your custom sync range. A message will appear saying ‘Syncing to new dates’.

Once finished, you’ll see your custom sync dates in the “Sync Range” box.

To view the reports from those days, tap on the File Cabinet.

To return back to your most current 14 days of reports, simply return to the Admin screen and tap inside the Sync Range box. When the pop up appears, tap “Last 14 days”. Finally, tap anywhere outside the box to begin the sync back to your most current reports.
