On-boarding and training with our quality control app

What are the nuts and bolts of getting started with TruQC? How do I make sure all my users are on the same page? What if something goes wrong?

We think these are good questions to be asking. That’s why we’ve laid out some thoughts on the best way to implement quality control software and why training and support form a core portion of the product we deliver.

Not a download-and-done app

You may download TruQC from the App Store, but that doesn’t mean it’s on the same level as the games you can’t tear your kids away from. We build relationships with our customers.

TruQC trains new users on both the iPad and our software. This ensures that users are comfortable navigating not only TruQC’s various features, but also the numerous shortcuts and helpful tricks native to Apple’s operating systems. So if you’ve spent your entire computer career on PC, and are worried about making the switch to a new operating system, don’t be. You won’t be thrown into the deep end right away. Our staff has experience helping users of all levels of tech savvy make the switch.

When five or more users initially sign up, TruQC will even come to you for on-site training. That way, you have trained staff right in front of you for answering questions, overseeing trial-and-error exploration of the software and overcoming any issues that may arise from using the iPad or TruQC for the first time.

We’re here for you

We’re adamant about our support services not ending after this initial training. We have always tried to make it as easy as possible for our current customers to get in touch with us with questions, concerns and customization requests. That’s why we put so much emphasis on our support options. And with our newly redesigned website, we’ve added one more option.

  • Our toll-free number — 1.866.488.4170— is manned during normal business hours, and never by a robot. You’ll get a real person, experienced in troubleshooting and advising customers on the use of our app. Or, for prospective customers with questions about the sales process, speak directly with a sales agent.
  • Our support email—If you’d rather seek support via email, or if some of your users feel like they’re in need of additional training with the app, reach out to us at support@truqc.flywheelsites.com, and we’ll be happy to set something up.
  • TruQC’s YouTube channel is packed with tutorials to ensure that users are getting the most out of our app. TruQC is a multifunctional tool, and we’d hate for any of our features to go unnoticed.
    TruQC’s User Guide is also built directly into the app. This is a great place to go for a refresher on basic functionality. Access the User Guide via the Admin tab of TruQC, and easily search for relevant terms with the search bar.
  • Our chat window is our newest support option. To begin a chat, simply visit our website. If one of our sales or support representatives is available, a text box will automatically pop up in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser window. If no representative is available, you can still leave a message in the box, and one of our reps will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Our numerous support options are our way of ensuring the best possible user experience. In addition, be sure to periodically check in with our quality control blog, where we regularly post on issues related to quality control training.
