TruQC is an iPad and web application looking for an experienced, senior-level, technically-minded Software Project Manager. You think critically about the nuances of a feature request and its broader impact on the product as a whole. You enjoy crafting explicit and succinct requirements and wireframes. You are a natural at shepherding multiple concurrent projects from conception to completion and into Production. You have a healthy understanding of value-driven iterative development, human dynamics, and how to make happy people happier. You thrive on working directly with the teams, and you don’t shy away from representing your company in front of customers.

Technical experience will make you most useful, though this isn’t a developer role. Broad understanding of technical concepts is desired, as well as the ability to discuss them intelligently. Having opinions can be important, and respectfully communicating them paramount. This comprehension also makes you more effective in shaping dev-ready requirements, enables you to liaise with customer IT teams, and means that you will think proactively about what is best for the future of our product, our users, our team, and our company.

Experience with any or all of these qualifies you even more: iOS (Objective C, Swift), Javascript (Node.js, React, Redux), MySQL (and document store experience interesting), and AWS (a general DevOps understanding would be neat). We’re all on Macs, so working on a Mac is best.

Our HQ is in Missouri, but you’ll be on our Development Team which is entirely remote and primarily in the US. You will be able to pass a background check and provide proof of US citizenship. Importantly, we’re looking for a long-term, full-time teammate.
