One of the best parts of TruQC is the ability to find and track your information quickly. Let’s take our Issue Tracking feature for example – want to see all of your documented issues in one place? In the new TruQC Web Issue Detail View, you can now see all issues right from the home office with an easy-to-use interface.
To view your issues on the web:
- Click the ‘Issues’ tab, next to ‘File Cabinet.’
- Select the Issue you’d like to view.
- By selecting it, you’ll see a bigger view of your Issue on the left-hand side. Use the magnifying glass to zoom in and out as you’d like.
- Jump to the Issue you’d like by clicking on it. You’ll be able to look at the details, change the status, and edit it however you’d like.
