During the week of January 15 – 18^th, the TruQC team traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana for the annual Society of Protective Coatings Conference.

The week launched with a Kickoff Party hosted by TruQC at the top of the Pontchartrain Hotel. Friends of TruQC mingled with one another and enjoyed scenic views of downtown New Orleans. With clients scattered all over the US and globe, the conference serves as a special occasion where many clients come together.

The remainder of the week featured award ceremonies, technical sessions, networking luncheons, as well as booths hosted by professionals from all areas of the coatings industry. Several TruQC clients, including Naval & Industrial Solutions, Liberty Maintenance, Champion Painting, and Carboline Company, were among the award recipients.

At the main event, TruQC members showed off new product features and hosted training sessions with clients at their booth. Since TruQC originated as a coatings app, the SSPC conference is a chance for the team to reconnect with their roots year after year. TruQC is already looking forward to the SSPC 2019 conference which will be held in Orlando, Florida.
